POLICY
BoomTown Pickleball can accept returns of products or services purchased directly from BoomTown Pickleball (online or over the phone) and in accordance with the restrictions below. Although we strive to minimize process times, refunds may take over one week to process once we receive all required information and/or product(s).
For all product returns, the original packing slip is required to be considered for reimbursement. Please note that we may not have the ability to track your return nor are we responsible for the amount of time it takes for the item to be returned.
POLICY RESTRICTIONS (Applicable to all returns)
1. To be considered for a refund, the return must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Once the return is approved and you receive a return label (for domestic orders), the item must be shipped within 7 days of receipt of this return label. In all cases, refunds will be made ONLY to the credit card used for the original purchase. It may take up to two (2) billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
2. All returned item(s) must be received within 90 days of the delivery date of the item(s) to be considered for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Any unqualified return, such as orders received after 90 days of original delivery, will not be credited due to destruction or expiration considerations.
3. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. eBook & Custom Meal Plan/Workout Plan purchases are non-refundable.
5. All event ticket sales are final. Tickets purchased for a BoomTown Pickleball event may not be returned or exchanged for a full or partial refund.
6. Apparel purchased directly from BoomTown Pickleball may be exchanged or returned for BoomTown Pickleball store credit only if the apparel item(s) is/are unworn, unwashed, and if all original tags and labels are attached to the item(s).
7. Dietary Supplement refund requests will only be considered if the respective dietary supplement is unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
8. All apparel items are non-refundable. Returned apparel will only qualify for an exchange or BoomTown Pickleball store credit. All returned apparel items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging to be considered for an exchange/store credit.
9. Other Items – All other items must be unopened and unused to be considered for a refund.
10. A restocking fee will be charged for all returned items; this will be deducted from the total refund/store credit being issued:
– $10.00 restocking fee for returned supplements
– $6.00 restocking fee for returned apparel
UNITED STATES POLICY RESTRICTIONS
• Return labels will only be provided for Domestic orders if contacted within 14 days of delivery. Orders outside of this time frame will not be issued a return label, and are only eligible for store credit.
• If a return label is provided by BoomTown Pickleball, the label is only applicable for the original packing (e.g., box or packet) that the ordered products arrived in. If the original packing has been discarded, please consult with a USPS associate at your post office to match the return packaging to avoid additional shipping fees that are non-refundable or reimbursed by BoomTown Pickleball.
• Return labels must be used within 7 days of the issue date. If the product is sent back after this period, it will only be considered for BoomTown Pickleball store credit.
INTERNATIONAL POLICY RESTRICTIONS (Applicable to returns originating outside of the USA)
• Returns that originate from outside the continental United States will not have return slips sent for the respective merchandise.
• Purchaser is responsible for procuring shipment and for the merchandise arriving at BoomTown Pickleball facilities.
• All items must be sent back within 21 days of delivery.
• The return tracking information must be provided and the packing slip included for the return to be processed.

How do I know if my order has shipped?
Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation number and/or receipt number. Processing generally takes anywhere from 24-72 hours (please note extended processing time may occur during sale periods). Once your package has been picked up by our contracted carrier (USPS) you will receive tracking information via the email address used at checkout!
What if my order has been lost?

Where is my order shipping from?
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Rahway, New Jersey. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS with priority shipping in 2-5 business days.
I used an old address when I placed my order, what do I do?
Lets face it, we all make mistakes! Shoot our support department an email at support@boomtownpickleball.com, and we’ll help you figure this out right away.

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. If the address you provided is not a location where packages are easily delivered, or is not a safe location to have packages left in your mailbox/doorstep, please contact us right away to discuss other options.
POST OFFICE TRACKING ISSUES
Tracking updates given by USPS have been very inaccurate for the last year or so. If tracking says your package has been delivered but you have not received it yet, it may not arrive for a few days after that. This has often been the case.If there are issues with the delivery/tracking of your package, please contact the carrier. Once we ship out your package, delivery/tracking issues are out of our control. We work diligently around the clock to get orders out the same or next day. We are still considered small business so please be a little patient. Thank you.
